The Yeastar NeoGate TG800L is an 8-channel LTE/4G VoIP gateway designed to connect mobile LTE/3G/GSM networks with SIP / VoIP telephony systems. It’s built for businesses that need mobile trunking, cost-effective call routing, backup telephony connectivity, or a practical way to deploy voice services in locations where fixed-line telephony is unavailable or unreliable.
The TG800L supports 8 LTE channels / 8 SIM cards, enabling simultaneous two-way communication between VoIP and mobile networks: VoIP-to-LTE/GSM and LTE/GSM-to-VoIP. It is commonly used in SMBs, branch offices, logistics sites, remote offices, retail, service centers, and organizations with high mobile call volumes.
As part of Yeastar’s NeoGate TG Series, the TG800L supports SIP and IAX2 protocols and integrates with a wide range of IP PBX systems, hosted PBX platforms, SIP servers, and softswitches. It includes advanced telephony features such as incoming/outgoing routing, Least Cost Routing (LCR), callback, hotline, blacklist, AutoCLIP, call duration limitation, CDR, USSD, and SMS sending/receiving including bulk SMS. It also supports Open API for SMS and USSD, making it useful for custom telecom workflows and business automation.
For mobile connectivity, the TG800L supports LTE / 4G voice services with backward compatibility for 3G and GSM, depending on the regional module version. It also supports VoLTE where supported by the mobile operator. Voice quality and VoIP interoperability are supported through ITU-T G.168 echo cancellation, G.711 / G.722 / G.726 / G.729A / GSM / ADPCM / Speex codecs, and DTMF via RFC2833, SIP INFO, and In-band.
On the networking side, the TG800L includes 2 × 10/100 Mbps Ethernet interfaces and supports OpenVPN, VLAN, QoS, firewall, DDNS, static route, static NAT, STUN, backup/restore, packet capture, and web-based management. It also supports external antennas and is designed in a rack-friendly desktop chassis, making it suitable for business telecom rooms and larger mobile gateway deployments.
