The Yeastar NeoGate TG400L is a 4-channel LTE/4G VoIP gateway designed to connect mobile LTE/3G/GSM networks with SIP / VoIP telephony systems. It’s ideal for businesses that need mobile trunking, backup telephony connectivity, or a way to reduce call costs to mobile numbers by routing calls through SIM-based mobile networks instead of traditional fixed lines.
The TG400L supports 4 LTE channels / 4 SIM cards, allowing simultaneous voice communication between VoIP and mobile networks in both directions: VoIP-to-LTE/GSM and LTE/GSM-to-VoIP. It is commonly deployed in SMBs, branch offices, retail stores, service centers, logistics environments, and remote locations where mobile connectivity is either more cost-effective or more practical than fixed-line telephony.
As part of Yeastar’s TG Series mobile gateways, the TG400L supports SIP and IAX2 protocols and works with a wide range of IP PBX systems, hosted PBX platforms, softswitches, and SIP servers. It includes a strong telephony feature set such as incoming/outgoing call routing, VoIP trunk grouping, call back, hotline, blacklist, AutoCLIP, call duration limitation, call transfer, CDR, USSD, and SMS sending/receiving including bulk SMS. It also supports Open API for SMS and USSD integration.
For mobile connectivity, the TG400L supports LTE / 4G voice calls with backward support for 3G / GSM, depending on the module version and supported frequency bands. It also supports VoLTE where available from the carrier. Voice quality and VoIP interoperability are supported through ITU-T G.168 echo cancellation, G.711 / G.722 / G.726 / G.729A / GSM / ADPCM / Speex codecs, and DTMF via RFC2833, SIP INFO, and In-band.
On the networking side, the TG400L includes 2 × 10/100 Mbps Ethernet interfaces, along with OpenVPN, VLAN, QoS, firewall, DDNS, static route, static NAT, STUN, backup/restore, packet capture, and web-based management. It also supports hot-swappable SIM cards and external antennas / 4-in-1 antenna splitter support, which makes it a practical fit for business environments that rely heavily on mobile communication or need resilient telephony backup.
