Description
The Grandstream GHP611W is a compact hotel IP phone designed for hotels, guest rooms, hospitals, dormitories, apartments, and retail environments. It supports 2 SIP accounts and 2 lines while providing reliable HD voice communication in a simple, easy-to-use design. The GHP611W includes built-in dual-band Wi-Fi, eliminating the need for wired network installation in locations where Ethernet cabling is unavailable.
The phone features integrated dual-band 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz Wi-Fi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax on hardware version 5.0 and later), allowing fast and stable wireless connectivity. It also includes one 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port with PoE, enabling either wireless or wired deployment depending on installation requirements.
Designed specifically for hospitality, the GHP611W offers 10 programmable speed-dial keys, 3 programmable function keys, 3-way audio conferencing, HD audio handset, and full-band OPUS codec. Grandstream’s advanced jitter resilience algorithm maintains excellent call quality even with up to 30% packet loss, ensuring dependable voice communications over wireless networks.
The phone supports GDMS (Grandstream Device Management System) for centralized cloud provisioning, configuration, firmware upgrades, and remote management. Additional enterprise security features such as Secure Boot, encrypted provisioning, and Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC) make it ideal for professional hospitality deployments. Its compact design supports both desktop placement and wall mounting, while interchangeable faceplates allow hotels to customize the phone with their branding or room information.
Note: The GHP611W does not include an LCD display and is commonly supplied without a power adapter (PSU), relying on PoE or a compatible optional power supply.
