Description
The Yealink EXP50 is a professional color-screen expansion module designed to extend the functionality of compatible Yealink SIP and Teams desk phones. It is ideal for receptionists, administrative staff, operators, and users who need fast access to a large number of contacts, BLF keys, speed dials, and call handling functions.
The module features a 4.3-inch color display with 20 programmable physical keys and 3 illuminated page keys, allowing up to 60 programmable entries on a single EXP50. When connected to supported Yealink phones, the keys can be configured for BLF, speed dial, call transfer, shared line, call park, call pickup, forwarding, and contact monitoring, making day-to-day call management much faster and more organized.
The EXP50 connects to the phone through USB and supports up to three expansion modules on compatible models, delivering a total of 180 additional programmable keys. It is especially useful in busy office environments such as reception areas, executive assistant desks, front-office call handling, and customer service teams where users need to manage high call volumes efficiently. For installations using two or three EXP50 units, Yealink notes that an external 5V/2A power adapter may be required.
