Description
The Grandstream GHP611 is a compact hotel IP phone designed for hotels, guest rooms, hospitals, dormitories, apartments, and retail environments. It supports 2 SIP accounts and 2 lines, providing reliable HD voice communication through a simple, user-friendly interface. Unlike the GHP611W model, the GHP611 is a wired IP phone and does not include built-in Wi-Fi, making it ideal for PoE-based network deployments.
The phone features one 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port with IEEE 802.3af PoE, allowing both power and network connectivity through a single Ethernet cable. This simplifies installation and reduces cable clutter, making it an excellent choice for hospitality environments where centralized PoE infrastructure is available.
Designed specifically for hotels, the GHP611 includes 10 programmable speed-dial keys, 3 programmable function keys, 3-way audio conferencing, and an HD audio handset with support for the full-band OPUS codec. Grandstream’s advanced jitter-resilience algorithm maintains excellent voice quality even with up to 30% packet loss, ensuring dependable communication over IP networks.
The GHP611 supports Grandstream Device Management System (GDMS) for centralized cloud provisioning, monitoring, firmware upgrades, and remote management. Enterprise-grade security features such as Secure Boot, encrypted provisioning, and Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC) make it suitable for professional hospitality deployments. The phone can be installed on a desktop or wall-mounted, while the customizable faceplate allows hotels to add branding or room-specific information.
Note: The Grandstream GHP611 has no LCD display, no built-in Wi-Fi, and is commonly supplied without a power adapter (PSU). It is designed to be powered via PoE.
