Product Overview
The Huawei eKitEngine AP266 is a slim indoor wall plate access point (AP) that complies with the Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) standard. It supports simultaneous dual-band operation on 2.4 GHz (2×2 MIMO) and 5 GHz (2×2 MIMO) with four spatial streams, achieving a data rate of up to 2.975 Gbps.
With one GE uplink port and four GE downlink ports (one supporting PoE OUT), this AP offers flexible deployment options, including installation on desks, walls, ceilings, or junction boxes. It is ideal for indoor environments such as budget hotels, hospitals, commercial stores, and schools.
The AP can be locally managed using EasyWeb or a wireless access controller (WAC) or remotely managed via the HUAWEI eKit App & SNC platform, simplifying network operations and maintenance.

- Supports cloud-based management with built-in authentication functions (PSK, Portal authentication) without requiring a WAC or authentication server.
- Can be integrated with the Huawei SNC platform for cloud-based network planning, deployment, and maintenance.
Easy Deployment & O&M via HUAWEI eKit App
- Wi-Fi-based deployment: Quickly connects to the AP’s management Wi-Fi for network setup and remote management.
- Barcode scanning-based deployment: Uses a mobile phone to scan the device serial number (SN) for seamless onboarding and management.
