Huawei eKitEngine S380 series Multi-Service Gateway include various models, such as those with 4 downlink GE electrical ports, 8 downlink GE electrical ports (PoE/non-PoE ports), or GE uplink ports. With features like easy installation and deployment, as well as flexible Ethernet networking, the products can be widely used for indoor coverage in SME markets such as SOHO enterprise office, economic hotels, factories, primary and secondary education, and building security.

The Huawei eKIT Multi-Service Gateway (S380-H8T3ST) is a high-performance integrated gateway designed for SME and enterprise networks. It combines routing, switching, NAT, DHCP, firewall, VLAN and access control features in one compact device. The gateway supports multiple uplink options (including GE SFP), provides flexible LAN access, and can manage up to 500 concurrent users and 128 wireless access points (APs) when paired with Huawei eKIT wireless APs. Its 1U metal chassis and natural (fan-less) heat dissipation make it suitable for offices, hotels, schools, retail locations, and building security deployments.
