The Yealink MTower is a center-view intelligent meeting room camera designed for Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and modern video collaboration spaces. It is built to sit on the meeting table and work alongside compatible front-of-room Yealink MTR cameras, creating a more immersive hybrid meeting experience by capturing participants from the center of the room rather than only from the front.
The MTower uses a triple-camera design with three built-in 4K cameras to provide broad coverage around the table and deliver clearer, more natural participant framing in small to medium meeting rooms. It combines one telephoto camera with two wide-angle side cameras, allowing it to capture participants seated around the table with better face visibility and more balanced room coverage. Yealink’s AI-powered Best-view Switching / IntelliVision technology helps the system intelligently switch between front and center views to present the most appropriate perspective of each participant during a meeting. Yealink positions this as a front + center view collaboration accessory that helps remote participants feel more engaged in the room conversation.
The camera is designed specifically for small to medium meeting rooms and boardroom-style spaces where participants sit around a table and a front-only camera can miss natural eye-level views. The MTower also includes 6+1 beamforming microphones with 360° voice pickup and a pickup distance of up to 6 meters, helping it detect active speakers and support clearer audio capture for in-room participants. Yealink also highlights AI noise reduction and echo handling to improve meeting clarity.
For privacy, the MTower includes a magnetic-levitation privacy shutter that automatically opens and closes, covering the camera array when needed. The design is a compact cylindrical tabletop form factor, which makes it easy to place at the center of a conference table without taking up too much space. The device also includes local controls for microphone mute and camera mute, helping users quickly manage privacy and meeting behavior from the table.
