Description
The Huawei eKitEngine AC650-128AP is a high-performance Wireless Access Controller (WAC) designed for small and medium-sized enterprises, educational institutions, hotels, hospitals, retail stores, and campus networks. It centrally manages up to 128 Huawei wireless access points (APs) without requiring additional AP licenses, making it an ideal solution for scalable enterprise Wi-Fi deployments.
The controller integrates 10 Gigabit fiber uplinks, 10 Gigabit Ethernet ports, and intelligent wireless management into a compact appliance. It supports centralized AP provisioning, configuration, firmware upgrades, RF optimization, roaming, authentication, and security management, simplifying large-scale wireless network administration.
Powered by Huawei’s enterprise WLAN platform, the AC650-128AP supports Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking, IPv4/IPv6, VLAN, QoS, ACL, Portal Authentication, 802.1X, RADIUS, MAC Authentication, Load Balancing, Fast Roaming, and Application Visibility & Control (AVC) for secure and optimized wireless services. It also provides High Availability (1+1 Hot Standby) to ensure continuous wireless connectivity.
The controller features a built-in Web management interface, CLI, SNMP, and Huawei eKit cloud-based management for simplified deployment and maintenance. Its compact 1U design supports rack, desktop, or wall mounting, making it suitable for enterprise environments requiring centralized wireless management with excellent scalability.
