Description
The Grandstream GHP620 is a compact wired hotel IP phone designed for hotels, resorts, hospitals, apartments, dormitories, and other hospitality environments. It supports 2 SIP accounts and 2 lines, delivering reliable HD voice communication through a simple, user-friendly interface. With its sleek design and customizable faceplate, the GHP620 is ideal for guest rooms and hospitality deployments.
The phone features one 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port with IEEE 802.3af PoE, allowing both power and network connectivity through a single Ethernet cable. This simplifies installation and reduces cabling costs, making it ideal for hotels using PoE network infrastructure. Unlike the GHP620W, the GHP620 does not include built-in Wi-Fi.
Designed for hospitality, the GHP620 includes 6 programmable keys, 10 speed-dial keys, 3-way audio conferencing, and HD audio with support for the full-band OPUS codec. Grandstream’s advanced jitter-resilience algorithm maintains excellent voice quality even with up to 30% packet loss, ensuring dependable communications in busy network environments.
The GHP620 supports Grandstream Device Management System (GDMS) for centralized cloud provisioning, firmware upgrades, monitoring, and remote management. Enterprise-grade security features such as Secure Boot, encrypted data storage, dual firmware images, and Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC) make it suitable for professional hospitality deployments. The phone can be desk-mounted or wall-mounted and includes a USB Type-C charging port for charging smartphones or other devices.
