Description
The ProLink PL-KJ6-RTL-YL is a Category 6 (CAT6) UTP Rotating Keystone Jack designed for high-performance structured cabling systems. Featuring a tool-less termination design, it enables fast and secure installation without the need for punch-down tools, making it ideal for network installers, data centers, enterprise offices, and residential networking projects. It supports Gigabit Ethernet (1GBase-T) applications while exceeding Category 6 / Class E performance requirements.
Its 180° rotating mechanism provides flexible cable routing and simplifies installation in confined spaces such as wall outlets, faceplates, surface boxes, and patch panels. The innovative termination design ensures all 8 copper conductors are terminated simultaneously, delivering consistent performance regardless of installer experience while minimizing pair untwist for maximum signal integrity.
The keystone jack is reusable, allowing it to be reopened and reterminated if wiring mistakes occur, reducing installation costs and saving time. Constructed with gold-plated contacts, tin-plated IDC terminals, and a UL94-V0 flame-retardant polycarbonate housing, it provides excellent durability and long-term network reliability.
